Conditions:
For stays less than 3 nights we calculate a 20% increase on the price.
Guests are required to provide at least three days prior to arrival of any changes.
The reservation is considered valid after the payment of a deposit.
For late arrivals or early departures or unoccupied beds will be charged the price as booked.
Access to the garden and the breakfast room is restricted to guests of the house.
